How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges vary depending on the area. Delivery within England costs £20.00, delivery to Scotland costs £30.00, and delivery to Ireland costs £80.00. which includes VAT. (Perform Panel, Multipanel etc.).

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched by Tuffnells Express Delivery and are generally delivered the next working day after dispatch. Dispatch can take 4–7 working days. Customers in our delivery zones receive goods via our own fleet within 4–7 working days.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification the day before delivery with an estimated arrival time. For queries call 07401 511846.

Can I collect from store?

Yes. Please inform us of your preferred date and time in advance by calling 07401 511846 or emailing sales@solidfurniture.co.uk.

What happens if I miss my scheduled delivery?

Your order will return to the depot and re-delivery will be arranged for the next available or convenient date.

Do you deliver on bank holidays?

Yes, we deliver on bank holidays.

How should I store wall panels?

Inspect panels within 24 hours for damages.

  • Store indoors in a cool dry place (not outside).
  • Keep panels flat to prevent flexing.
  • Protect corners from damage.

Can my order be changed or canceled?

You can change or cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, changes or cancellations are not possible.

My order arrived damaged - what should I do?

All orders should be checked as soon as received - if any of the items are are damaged get in touch with our customer services team straight away via telephone or email (07401 511846 sales@solidfurniture.co.uk) You will need to state your order number and list the item(s) that have been damaged - we will ask you to send us photographic evidence of damage - then we will get the item(s) re-sent out to you as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an order?

Can I purchase on Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance is payable at delivery.
